This is a crowdsource project to make the case for filling vacant lots instead of building sprawl.

Why? A few greedy land speculators are trying to hijack Spokane County--pushing sprawl. Our County Commissioners are considering huge expansions of urban growth into our rural lands.
Show them where urban growth should go!
